An
Introduction to your therapist, Barry Pumpa
I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My
name is Barry Pumpa and I first got involved in the medical
field in 1974 obtaining my first aid certificate. I attended
to injured work mates while employed manufacturing concrete
pipes for Rocla. I have also spent twenty years volunteering
for the Albury Border Rescue Squad.
In
the late 80's I was the Head Trainer for the O&M and am
currently still the Head Trainer for the Coreen League Murray
Magpies. I also do volunteer Sports Therapy work for the Albury
& Wodonga Netball Associations. In 1985 I became involved
with a football club treating injured players and in 1991
decided to study for my Diploma in Remedial Massage and certification
in Bowen Technique.
I
opened up the North Albury Remedial Therapy Centre in 1991
and continued my education by studying Deep Massage Therapy,
Tuina (Chinese Massage), Advanced Certificate in Myofascial
Release, Body Mind Therapy, Cranial Therapy, Kinesiology,
Trigger Point Therapy, Rebirthing and also becoming a Level
1 Sports Trainer. |
